Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026 · Applies to payday.fivetoclose.cloud and related FiveToClose checkout and delivery experiences

1. Controller and scope

FiveToClose (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website payday.fivetoclose.cloud and related digital product sales, fulfillment, and communications (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information in connection with the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

2. Categories of information we collect

We may collect and process the following categories of information:

  • Identity and contact data — such as name and email address when you purchase a product, subscribe to communications, or contact support.
  • Transactional data — purchase history, product entitlements, order identifiers, and amounts paid. Payment card data is processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and is not stored in full on our servers.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device characteristics, referring URLs, pages viewed, approximate engagement metrics (e.g., scroll depth and click events on sales pages), and diagnostic logs used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
  • Communications data — messages you send to support and related metadata.

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal information for legitimate commercial and operational purposes, including to:

  • Fulfill orders and deliver digital products and access credentials;
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain accounting records;
  • Provide customer support and service announcements;
  • Send marketing or educational email only where permitted by applicable law and your preferences (including to purchasers added to our buyer communications list);
  • Analyze site performance, conversion, and traffic quality (including filtering automated or bot traffic);
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where data-protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on: (a) performance of a contract (order fulfillment); (b) legitimate interests (site security, product improvement, limited marketing to existing customers consistent with applicable law); (c) consent (where required for certain cookies or marketing); and (d) legal compliance.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose information to:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for checkout and fraud prevention;
  • Email service providers (e.g., AWeber) for transactional and permitted marketing messages;
  • Hosting, analytics, and tracking providers necessary to operate the Services;
  • Professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Services.

Providers are instructed to process data only as needed to perform services on our behalf and to implement appropriate safeguards.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure campaign performance, attribute conversions, understand how visitors use the sales experience, and provide optional same-site continuity. You may control cookies through browser settings; disabling certain technologies may affect functionality.

Sales + engagement tracking. On the main sales experience we may load a first-party engagement script (for example /track/engage.js) that records visit, scroll-depth, and click events and bot/automation signals for analytics. Thank-you pages may fire a sale pixel with amount and product labels (not payment-card numbers). Campaign identifiers such as clk / ptc may be stored in local storage so conversions can be attributed across pages on this site.

Continue where you left off. The engagement script may set first-party cookies on payday.fivetoclose.cloud named ld_return (same-origin path only, typically up to 30 days) and optionally ld_return_dismiss. When you later visit the homepage, we may show a soft, dismissible prompt offering to return you to the last meaningful path on this site. This is not a forced redirect, not cross-site advertising, and not a sale of personal information. You can clear cookies in your browser or choose “Not now.” You may also disable the feature with ?ld_return=0 when present.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including order records, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate business archival needs, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Services at your own residual risk.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure and service providers may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required, we take steps reasonably designed to ensure that transfers receive an adequate level of protection under applicable law.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, to object to processing, or to data portability. Marketing recipients may unsubscribe via the link in our emails. To exercise rights, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will be updated when material changes are posted. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
